Settling into September:Healing deeper in the 12-week year
This September, I’ve been leaning into intentional fasting, deeper healing, and new rhythms of focus. Starting my 12-Week Year has given me clarity, while celebrating my grandpa’s birthday “grandpa style,” finishing a 21-day postpartum fitness challenge, and diving into the book of Mark have reminded me that growth doesn’t have to be flawless to be meaningful. Whether through fasting from distractions, moving my body again, or cherishing family moments, I’m learning that small shifts create lasting change and that it’s never too late to begin again.
